Procedure:
1. RIH with 5.80 gauge ring to 2530'. TOOH and set 7 CIBP @ 2500'. Dump bail 7 sx G cement on top.
2. Set 7 cast iron retainer @ 1890' .Casing tested to 300 psi and witnessed by the BLM.
3. Sting into retainer and pump 200 sx G cement through holes in casing at 1900'. Dump bail 7 sx cement on top of retainer.
4. Perf 553-554', 4 spf. Pump 200 sx G cement down casing circulating to surface through annulus.
5. Dig out around wellhead and cut off.
6. Fill casing to surface with 10 sx G filling up 7 and 9 5/8.
7. Weld on cap.
8. Well PA'd 9-28-10.
