12/01/2022 | 1) At the conclusion of the 6 months from BH test date (3/01/23), submit a Form 4 BHP Sundry that summarizes current well condition. The sundry should include details of the future plans, flow information, number of times well was blown down, pressure data and a discussion of the abatement history for the previous 6 months.
2) Operator shall comply with COGCC Rule 419. Bradenhead Monitoring, Testing, and Reporting and Rule 420. Form 17, Bradenhead Test Report
3) At least once a year shut in bradenhead for 7 days or until the pressure reaches the bradenhead threshold and perform a bradenhead test. Report results on a Form 17, as specified in Rule 420 or other Director approved submittal method.
