09/30/2015 | 1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Contact COGCC Engineer with confirmed interval of casing leaks, rate established into casing leaks and planned cement volume.
3) Properly abandon flowlines per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 when flowline abandonment is complete.
