This E-Form 04 is approved with the following Conditions of Approvals:
Before moving the impacted material, please submit via e-form 04 the following information:
1) Volume of impacted material to be moved to Caerus Chevron 31B-7D (Facility ID #335652) and to Garden Gulch C.S. (Facility ID #417558) respectivelly (volume to each site).
2) Latest analytical results from impacted material to be treated.
3) Assuming the method is landfarming (otherwise specify and describe alternative method), submit brief E&P Waste Management Plan: Approximate surface anticipated to be used for landfarming, thickness, landfarming procedure (tiling, moisture, aditives, etc.), stormwater management previsions (Compacted berms, etc.)
4) Timeline. Form 19 was submitted in May, 2014. Caerus is proposing to do ex-situ treatment in November, 2014. What is the timeline for treatment activities (understanding that landfarming is not a practical option for winter)? |
