1) Operator shall comply with the Notice to Operators Drilling Wells in the Buzzard, Mamm Creek, and Rulison fields, Garfield County and Mesa County – Procedures and Submittal Requirements for Compliance with COGCC Order Nos. 1-107, 139-56, 191-22, and 369-2 (July 8, 2010). 2) Submit a Form 42 with proper notice and perform a bradenhead test by July 29, 2016 and submit a Form 17 Bradenhead Test Report. Contact COGCC engineering staff for approval of any deviations from the procedure described on Form 17 or the Notice to Operators. Note the choke size and volume and characteristics of any fluid produced during the test in Box 18 Comments. 3) Vent the bradenhead to a tank for 30 days. Record the volume of fluid produced during this period and changes to flow rate during that time. Shut in bradenhead for 7 days or until bradenhead pressure builds to 150 psi, perform another bradenhead test and submit a Form 17 Bradenhead Test Report. Report volume of fluid produced during the venting period in the comment section of the Form 17. 4) Any liquids blown down are to be collected, stored, handled, and treated or disposed as E&P waste per COGCC’s 900 series rules. a. Collect samples for analytical analyses if sufficient liquids for sampling are discharged during the initial bradenhead test. b. Analyze liquids for dissolved methane, major cations, major anions, and BTEX.
