06/22/2016 | 1)Check bradenhead pressure prior to operations and contact COGCC area engineer if pressure is greater than 150 psi. Contact COGCC area engineer if casing pressure test fails (step 7 of procedure) to discuss changes to plugging plan.
2)Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
3)Properly abandon flowlines per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 when flowline abandonment is complete. |
