Temporarily Abandoned wells require an annual Sundry Notice for Continued TA Status. This requires operator to state when the well was originally TA'd, the date of the last MIT that was passed, state whether production equipment is connected or not, a statement about why the well is TA'd and future plans for the well.

1)Check bradenhead pressure prior to operations and contact COGCC area engineer if pressure is greater than 150 psi. Contact COGCC area engineer if casing pressure test fails (step 7 of procedure) to discuss changes to plugging plan. 2)Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42. 3)Properly abandon flowlines per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 when flowline abandonment is complete.
