06/15/2015 | 1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Properly abandon flowlines per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 when flowline abandonment is complete.
3) Contact COGCC engineer Craig Burger if casing pressure test fails (step 3 of procedure) to discuss changes to plugging plan.
4) Revise procedure to provide annular cement to 200’ above the Mesaverde top and a casing stabilization plug (required at 3000’ intervals). Perforate at 3500’ and squeeze with a minimum of 30 sxs. Place at least 100’ of cement in the annulus and leave at least 100' in casing. Tag plug if not placed below a CICR. Add casing plug across DV tool at 2240', from 2290' to 2190' with minimum 10 sacks. |
