10/23/2014 | NOTE:Changes in plugging procedure and requirement to run CBL from 2000' up.
CBL should be sent to COGCC once run to verify DV tool cement coverage (email). Plugging procedure based on cement from DV tool a minimum of 50' into surface casing. New orders will be issued if CBL does not demonstrate required coverage.
Additional plug not on plugging procedure - 30 sx at 260' (intention is this plug is circulated to surface)
1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Pump and displace plugs, WOC and tag plugs placed at 6500' and at 1350', must be at least 100'.
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
