3/28/2018 | Confluence will maintain a Stormwater Management Plan with site specific measures to assess erosion control. Confluence will make thorough inspections. The inspection schedule is as follows:
While site is under construction, an inspection is required at least every 14 calendar days;
Post storm event inspections must be conducted within 24 hours after the end of any precipitation or snowmelt event that causes surface erosion. Inspection records will be kept on file for a minimum of three (3) years from expiration or inactivation of permit coverage. These records will be made available to the regulatory agencies upon request. |
