5/23/2017		Location lies within proximity to two surface water drainages. Operator shall employ tertiary containment along the cross- and down-gradient perimeters of the Location disturbance to minimize potential sediment and/or contaminant migration into the drainage located to the east of the Location and as shown on the Hydrology Map and Location Drawing. In addition, the access road will transect the second drainage, located to the north of the Location as shown on the Location Drawing. Operator shall employ site specific BMPs in accordance with good engineering practices to mimize potential impacts resulting from sediment migration into the surrounding drainage system.

6/30/2017		The last survey was performed in 7/2016 with no evidence of a prairie dog town within one mile of the proposed location. We will conduct a pre-construction survey of the location next week to ensure that habit for the burrowing owl and swift fox is not present before we begin construction.
