Drill cuttings disposed of onsite shall meet the applicable standards of Table 910-1. A minimum of 1 discrete soil sample shall be collected for every 100-cubic-yards of cuttings to disposed of within the drilling pit. Analytical results shall be submitted to the COGCC within 30 days. Operator shall submit the coordinates of the drilling pit (SE corner) within 30 days from closure. Cuttings that do not meet 910-1 standards within 45 days of drilling well to depth shall be disposed of at an offsite commercial facility. |
