11/30/2016 | Land application of drilling fluids and cuttings at the location was terminated by the operator prior to sampling in February 2016. Recent sampling & analysis provided by the operator demonstrates compliance with Table 910-1 standards or with local background concentrations. Operator has demonstrated that the facility meets the environmental closure requirements. In addition, the disturbed surface area shall be reclaimed in accordance with the 1000 Series Reclamation Rules. |
