04/30/2012 | Delivery and vacuum truck hoses are not permitted to be placed directly into the pit or onto the pit liner system. Fluids shall be delivered to and/or removed from the pit from a single, designated access point. The access point shall be clearly identified and shall be constructed and utilized to prevent damage to liner system from operators and contractors placing or removing hoses into or from the pit during fluids transfer. |
