The moisture content of any drill cuttings in a cuttings pit, trench, or pile shall be as low as practicable to prevent accumulation of liquids greater than de minimis amounts. At the time of closure, the drill cuttings must also meet the applicable standards of table 910-1.

1. In consideration to the Greater Sage Grouse, EOG will begin construction/drilling activities after June 15. 2. EOG will utilized a semi closed loop system to drill the referenced well. In the event there is standing water, it will be treated for mosquito abatement. 3. EOG will use a seed mixture approved by the landowner.
