2) The landfarmed area (cell(s)) must be bermed (stormwater management practice);
3) Contaminated media shall be treated in lifts that are up to 18 inches thick;
4) Landfarmed material should be watered and tilled regularly to promote bacterias growth and bioremediation;
5) Confirmation composite samples will be taken to assess if landfarmed material complies with Table 910-1 and is ready for backfilling or beneficial use. Composite samples should be taken from a grid and be statistically representative of the material in the cell(s).
6) Report to COGCC when landfarming operation is complete and indicate final disposition of landfarmed material. |
