The Operator has returned the site to the Surface Owner in the condition desired by the Surface Owner and the responsibility for the property, including the former well pad, access road, and cut and fill slopes, is entirely that of the Surface Owner. No further restoration, regrading, revegetation, or weed control is required of the Operator. By approval of this Form 4, the Director determines that the Final reclamation threshold for release of financial assurance has been met. |
