The first 5-year period shall commence on the date the initial mechanical integrity test for the individual well and this permit was performed. MITs are also required after resetting the tubing or packer whenever this equipment is moved during workover operations or if the well remains idle for 2 years. All injection well MITs must be witnessed by ECMC Staff. |
