Engineer | Form: (04 ) 400738486 3/13/2015 | 1) The venting or flaring of natural gas shall be conducted in accordance with COGCC Rule 912 for the initial production test period.
2) Notify the local emergency dispatch or the local governmental designee of any natural gas flaring.
3) If flaring will continue more than 6 months, submit updated requests to flare to COGCC on Form 4 (Sundry Notice), which discusses timing to connect to sales line, plans to develop infrastructure, and justification for continued venting/flaring.
4) The operator is required to obtain and maintain any required air permits from CDPHE.
5) The venting or flaring volumes shall be reported by Form 7, Operator’s Monthly Report of Operations.
