2) Comply with Rule 317.i and provide cement coverage from TVD to a minimum of 200' above Niobrara. Verify coverage with cement bond log.
3) Comply with Rule 321. Run and submit Directional Survey from TD to base of surface casing. Ensure that the wellbore complies with setback requirements in commission orders or rules prior to producing the well.

11/29/2012 | 1) Provide 24 hour notice of MIRU to Jim Precup at 303-469-1902 or e-mail at James.Precup@state.co.us. 2) For 1315’ plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug (must be 1215’ or shallower). Leave at least 100’ cement in the casing for each plug. Stub plug should be pumped where casing is recovered. 3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. |
