During the fracing of this Gobbler horizontal well, Kerr-McGee will shut in the UPRR 38 Pan Am M True 1 well and monitor the casing pressure of this well for a period of 24-hours and report this casing pressure to the COGCC staff via a sundry. Additionally, Kerr-McGee will notify Noble Energy in advance of the estimated completion date of this horizontal well and encourage them to shut in the five Arrowhead Farm wells located within 1000' and monitor the casing and tubing pressure during completion. However, if Kerr-McGee decides to use this UPRR 38 Pam Am M True 1 well for microseismic monitoring then the casing pressure will be reported as a monthly average before and a monthly average after the frac and be noted that it is reported as a monthly average in the submitted sundry.
