3) Submit updated requests to flare to COGCC on Form 4 (Sundry Notice), which
discuss whether or not any new gathering systems or increased development of the
field have changed pipeline economics such that installation of a new pipeline would be
an economically viable option in lieu of continued flaring.
4) The operator is required to obtain and maintain any required air permits from
CDPHE.
5) The flare volumes shall be reported by Form 7, Operator’s Monthly Report of
