2) Comply with Rule 317.i and provide cement coverage from TD to a minimum of 200' above Niobrara and from 200’ below Sussex to 200’ above Sussex. Verify coverage with cement bond log.
3) Comply with Rule 321. Run and submit Directional Survey from TD to base of surface casing. Ensure that the wellbore complies with setback requirements in commission orders or rules prior to producing the well.

2/3/2014 | Note changes to plugging procedure:
1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) If unable to pull casing, contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
3) For 1630’ plug: pump plug and displace. Wait 4 hours then tag plug – must be 1000’ or shallower.
4) Move CIBP from 100' to 250' to isolate shallow Arapahoe aquifer from deeper Laramie-Fox Hills aquifer. Adjust cement volumes above CIBP accordingly.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete. |
