2) If the well will be restored to production in less than 60 days there is no need to file any additional paperwork.
If the well will be shut in for more than 60 days you will need to file a form 5A (temporary abandonment of zone) and report casing pressure test results. When the well is returned to production you will need to file another file 5A (temporary abandoned zone being returned to production). |
