2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
3) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
4) NOTE CHANGES TO PROCEDURE- Must add a plug to isolate the J-sand. Add a plug at 7971'. Production casing stub plug is also surface casing shoe plug, this plug must be tagged at 1046’ or shallower. Leave at least 100’ cement in the wellbore for each plug. |
