10/06/2017 | Prior to starting plugging operations a bradenhead test shall be performed.
1) If, before opening the bradenhead valve, the beginning pressure is greater than 25 psi, sampling is required.
2) If pressure remains at the conclusion of the test, or if any liquids were present during the test, sampling is required.
Sampling shall comply with Operator Guidance - Bradenhead Testing and Reporting Instructions. The Form 17 shall be submitted within 10 days of the test. |

10/06/2017 | 1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103.
3) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
4) Submit wireline tickets for plugs set at 7870’ and 7120’ with Form 6 Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
5) Tag CIBP at 7120’ to confirm there before pumping cement. If CIBP is not tagged where expected contact COGCC Engineer to update plugging orders. Production casing stub plug is also surface casing shoe plug, this plug must be tagged. Leave at least 100’ of cement in the wellbore for each plug. |
