If the results of the Bradenhead test are not acceptable additional mitigation will be required.
Option 4 remediation will include pulling tubing, installing at least 1 RBP, pressure test of casing to a minimum of 3000 psi, installing a 5K wellhead, and onsite monitoring of the Bradenhead during hydraulic stimulation of offset wells within a 1500' radius of the Benson 23-43 (API 123-19933). |
Engineer | Form: (06 ) 401096189 8/31/2016 | 1) Prior to starting plugging operations, a bradenhead test shall be performed. If any pressure remains at the conclusion of the test or any liquids were present contact COGCC Engineer for sampling requirements. The Form 17 shall be submitted within 10 days of the test.
2) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
4) Production casing stub plug is also the surface casing shoe plug, if this plug is not circulated to surface then tag plug – must be 265’ or shallower and provide a 10 sack plug at the surface. Leave at least 100’ cement in the wellbore for each plug. |
