1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) For 4400’ plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 3795' or shallower.
3) For 970’ plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 420' or shallower.
4) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
