10/21/2013 | 1) Provide 24 hour notice of MIRU to Jim Precup at 303-726-3822 or e-mail at
james.precup@state.co.us.
2) Leave at least 100’ cement in the wellbore for each plug.
3) For 470' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be
321’ or shallower. If shoe plug not circulated to surface then place 5-10 sx inside casing
at surface.
4) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. |
