09/26/2017 | 1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
3) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
4) Dakota was covered with a sand plug. Tag plug to confirm there. If no plug is tagged, place a cement plug to properly abandon Dakota.
5) Production casing stub plug is also surface casing shoe plug, this plug must be tagged at 951’ or shallower. Leave at least 100’ of cement in the wellbore for each plug. |
