05/03/2016 | 1) Prior to starting plugging operations, a bradenhead test shall be performed. The Form 17 shall be submitted with Form 6 (s) Subsequent of Abandonment.
2) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
3) Prior to plugging verify TOC with CBL. If TOC is not at or above 6244' call COGCC Engineer for update to plugging procedure. Submit CBL with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
4) Pressure test existing RBP @ 7435' before pumping cement on top for plug. If surface casing plug is not circulated to surface then tag plug – must be 736’ or shallower and provide 10 sx plug at the surface. Leave at least 100’ cement in the casing for each plug.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete. |
