2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
3) Indicated the well has a gyro from 2013 that has not been submitted to COGCC. Submit gyro survey data to COGCC.
4) CIBP at 7400' to AB J-sand perfs is above liner top. This CIBP must be set at 7400' or deeper to ensure it is below the Codell perfs.
5) Production casing stub plug is also surface casing shoe plug, this plug must be tagged at 547’ or shallower. Leave at least 100’ of cement in the wellbore for each plug.
