11/25/2014 | Note changes to plugging procedure:
1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) For 5020’ plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 4350' or shallower if circulation is maintained, no need to tag plug.
3) For 1230’ plug: pump plug and displace. If surface casing plug does not circulate to surface then tag plug – must be 407’ or shallower and provide 25 sx plug at the surface. Leave at least 100’ cement in the casing for each plug.
4) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
