08/12/2015 | Note change in plugging procedure:
1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) Deepen CIBP #2 from 560' to 760' due to deeper aquifers in vicinity.
3) Deepen perf and squeeze for shoe plug from 550' to 750'. Increase cement volumes accordingly.
4) For 750' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 430’ or shallower. If shoe plug not circulated to surface then place 10-40 sx inside casing and annulus at surface. Leave at least 100' for each plug.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
6) Please submit existing gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |
