If the beginning pressure is greater than 25 psi, or if pressure remains at the conclusion of the test, or if any liquids were present contact COGCC Engineer for sampling requirements. The Form 17 shall be submitted within 10 days of the test.
2) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
4) Operator indicated the well has a gyro from June 2013 that has not been submitted to COGCC. Submit gyro survey data with Form 6 Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
5) Must run CBL to confirm cement from 1500-700'. If cement is not visible at those depths on CBL contact COGCC Engineer for update to plugging orders.
6) Tag exisiting bridge plug at 7350' and place 2 sacks of cement on top to isolate the J-sand perfs.
7) Production casing stub plug is also surface casing shoe plug, this plug must be tagged at 650’ (50' above depth production casing is cut) or shallower. Leave at least 100’ of cement in the wellbore for each plug. |
