1) Please file a Form 42 for notice of plugging operations prior to proceeding with the plugging.
2) Add another CIBP at 7125, with 2 sacks of cement on top.
3) For 1503’ plug: pump plug and displace, if not circulated to surface - shut-in, WOC 4
hours and tag plug (must be 662’ or shallower). Leave at least 100’ cement in the
casing for each plug.
4) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103.
