1) Provide 48 hour notice of MIRU via electronic Form 42 - Start of Plugging Operations.
2) Niobrara plug: Run cement bond log (CBL) to verify top of cement in order to determine how to place the Niobrara plug. Contact COGCC engineering with CBL results before placing the plug to confirm procedure.
3) After placing the shallowest hydrocarbon isolating plug, operator must wait a sufficient time to confirm static conditions. If at any time after placing this plug there is evidence of pressure or of fluid migration, contact COGCC engineering before continuing operations.
4) Shoe plug: Tag plug 50’ above surface casing shoe, if cement does not circulate to surface.
5) Surface plug: Cement from 50' to surface in casing and annulus.
6) With the Form 6 SRA operator must provide written documentation which positively affirms each COA from the approved Notice of Intent to Abandon has been addressed.
