1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) Add additional CIBP w/ minimum 2 sxs @ 7850' to isolate J sand.
3) If unable to pull casing contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
4) Lower 720' plug to 770' (50' inside casing stub). Adjust cement volumes accordingly.
5) For 770' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 620’ or shallower. If shoe plug not circulated to surface then place 10-40 sx inside casing at surface. Leave at least 100' for each plug.
6) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
7) Submit corrected Operator's Monthly Production Reports (Form 7) required for compliance with Rule 309 within 30 days.
8) Please submit existing gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |
