1) Prior to recomplete provide remedial cement to isolate the aquifer from 1261’ to at least 50’ above the surface casing shoe. Verify cement with a CBL and document with a Form 5.
2) Completed Interval Report, Form 5A, shall be submitted within 30 days after Recompletion. |
