1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) Add CIBP@ 4400'.
3) Run freepoint before cutting casing. If unable to pull casing below 2500' contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
4) If maintain circulation do not have to tag stub plug.
5) For 750' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 649’ or shallower. If shoe plug not circulated to surface then place 10-50 sx inside casing at surface. Leave at least 100' for each plug.
6) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
7) Submit open hole logs (not on file with COGCC) on form 4 prior to submitting form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |
