james.precup@state.co.us.
2) Leave at least 100’ cement in the wellbore for each plug.
3) For 1300' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be
1082’ or shallower.
4) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103.
5) Provide Contractor records for existing CIBP with Sand Cap @ 7580' with Form 6 (S), along with Contractor records for other plugs. |
