03/04/2016 | 1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
3) Run CBL to verfiy cement coverage behind production casing. Ensure cement covers 200' above Niobrara top and all fresh water aquifers are cemented behind the production casing.
4) Leave at least 100’ of cement in the wellbore for each plug. If surface casing plug is not circulated to surface then tag plug – must be 165’ or shallower and provide 10 sx plug at the surface.
5) Please submit CBL and gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |
