1/28/2014 | Note change in plugging procedure:
1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) Add CIBP @7100' with 2 sacks cement on top.
3) Change plug depth from proposed (1200' to 900') to 1200' to 740' to cover DV tool @791'. Adjust cement volumes accordingly. Pump plug and displace, wait 4 hours and tag plug.
4) Perforate @ 350' and pump 50 sacks to isolate Arapahoe and Fox Hills aquifers. If surface casing plug not circulated to surface then tag plug – must be 150’ or shallower and provide 10 sx plug at the surface. Leave at least 100’ cement in the casing for each plug.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
6) Provide an “As Plugged” wellbore diagram identifying the specific plugging completed. |
