03/26/2015 | 1) No DIL in COGCC file. Submit DIL to COGCC prior to starting workover.
2) Run CBL from approximately 5100' to show Sussex cement and location of and cement pumped through DV tool. If aquifer isolation adequate according to CBL squeeze cementing may not be needed.
3) Sussex is productive within 1 mile of this well. Add cement 200' above and below Sussex or show isolation by performing a successful casing pressure test to a minimum of 1000 psi after ensuring Niobrara and aquifer isolation with cement. If casing pressure test used it should be acknowledged in the Form 5-Submit tab Technical Details/Comments.
4) The additional cement referenced shall be placed as indicated and comply with Rule 317.j. The placed cement shall be verified with a CBL and documented with a Form 5 Drilling Completion Report.
5) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 5 Drilling Completion Report. |
