12/10/2014 | 1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) No CBL of file. Run CBL to verify the top of primary or squeezed cement is at least 200’ over Niobrara, and adequately isolates the Sussex/Shannon and Fox Hills aquifer. If it does not exist as required, provide this coverage as part of this plugging project. Use CBL results to verify the setting depth of and stage cement pumped through the DV tool. Add cement, as needed.
3) If CBL shows DV tool cement does not reach surface switching to a pull casing plugging is acceptable.
4) For 1050' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 203’ or shallower.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
6) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |
