2) If unable to pull casing contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
4) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |
