04/03/2015 | Note change in plugging procedure:
1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) For 1610' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 506’ or shallower to isolate Laramie Fox Hills aquifer from shallower Lower Arapahoe aquifer. Increase cement volumes accordingly.
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
4) Please submit existing gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |

04/14/2017 | 1) Prior to starting plugging operations a bradenhead test shall be performed. If the beginning pressure is greater than 25 psi, or if pressure remains at the conclusion of the test, or if any liquids were present contact COGCC Engineer for sampling requirements. The Form 17 shall be submitted within 10 days of the test.
2) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
4) Leave at least 100’ of cement in the wellbore for each plug. |
