02/03/2014 | Note changes to plugging procedure:
1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) No CBL on file. Submit a CBL to verify the previously cemented interval from 1022’ to 100'. If not already existing, provide cement from 1022’ to at least 50’ within the surface casing shoe in this annular space (or contact COGCC if switching to pull casing or other alternative plugging). Adjust cement volumes accordingly.
3) Lower casing plug from 975' to 1072' to cover DV tool. Adjust cement volumes accordingly.
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
4) Submit Operator's Monthly Production Reports (Form 7) required for compliance with Rule 309 within 30 days. (Gas Production reports only filed through October 2013)
5) Please submit gyro and CBL with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |

02/07/2014 | 1) Verify existing cement with a cement bond log.
2) If Niobrara coverage not present, provide remedial cement at least 200’ above Niobrara (TOC 6784' or higher).
3) If CBL shows additional aquifer cement coverage is desirable, contact COGCC with proposed remedial cementing program.
4) The additional cement referenced shall be placed as indicated and comply with Rule 317.i. The placed cement shall be verified with a CBL and documented with a Form 5 Drilling Completion Report.
5) Please submit gyro survey data and all CBLs run with Form 5 Drilling Completion Report. |
