01/13/2014 | Note change in plugging procedure:
1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) If unable to pull casing, contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
3) Change surface casing plug depth from 260' to 350' due to deeper water wells in vicinity. Adjust cement volumes accordingly.
4) For 350’ plug: pump plug and displace. If surface casing plug not circulated to surface then tag plug – must be 160’ or shallower and provide 10 sx plug at the surface. Leave at least 100’ cement in the casing for each plug.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
6) Provide an “As Plugged” wellbore diagram identifying the specific plugging completed. |

1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) If unable to pull casing contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
3) Stub plug should be at least 50' above depth where casing was cut. If maintain circulation do not need to tag stub plug.
4) For 400' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 160’ or shallower.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
