02/28/2013 | 1) Provide 48-hour notice of MIRU to Mike Hickey at (970) 302-1024.
2) Casing cut and surface casing stub plug depth was revised to provide cement isolation from 640’ to surface based on an adjacent water well.
3) Provide an “As Plugged” wellbore diagram identifying the specific plugging completed.
4) If unable to pull casing, contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103.
