02/24/2015 | Note changes in plugging procedure:
1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) Run CBL to determine cement behind pipe. Note that reported cement top for DV tool cementing in file is 280' or higher (CBL tool reported failed at 280') so plan in procedure to cut and pull casing from 410' may need modification.
3) If unable to pull casing contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
4) Ensure isolation of Laramie Fox Hills aquifer (992'-709') and Lower Arapahoe aquifer (314'-86') from hydrocarbon zones and each other as part of this plugging.
5) For 510' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 176’ or shallower.
6) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
7) Please submit existing gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |
